Green and Red Coffee Delight
Combining kiwi, goji berries and coffee, into a sweet frozen dessert with a delightful hint of acidity.
Tools: Blender, Freezer
Ingredients: Rice cakes (1 pack), coffee (2 cups), almond extract (1 tsp), bananas (3), agave sirup (1 tbsp), fat coconut milk (400ml), kiwis (4), goji berries (1/4 cup)
Soak rice cakes in coffee mixed with almond extract, and place in serving dish.
Cut bananas into thin slices, and place over the base layer. Top up with agave.
Kiwi Coconut Layer
Blend coconut milk with kiwis. Pour over the banana layer.
Place gojis on top, to make the dessert look gorgeous and place in the freezer for 2 hours.
