Homemade Oat Milk

vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free

If you love vegan milks, why not make your own?

Type: Drink
Tools: Blender, Sieve or filtering sock, funnel

Ingredients: 1c of oats, water, pinch of salt (optionally)

Prep

  1. Soak oats in 2 cups of water for 10m.
  2. Add 3 more cups of water and blend well.
  3. Filter through sieve or filtering sock.

Keep in a fridge for up to 5 days.
