I specialise in crafting hyper-engaging co-creation experiences, where participants feel excited, inspired and connected.

Facilitation & Experience Design 🧙‍♂️

I design and hold spaces where groups do real work together – and enjoy it.

Gatherings that build belonging and nourishing relationships, while getting shit done. Team offsites where the culture conversation goes into places that feel alive, and ends with a clear outcome and direction. Online cohorts that people show up to for months.

I’ve done this for Enspiral, Traditional Dream Factory, Microsolidarity, Juntos Earth, Piratas do Amor, Up Game, sailing expeditions, year-long learning programmes, and a lot of gatherings that don’t have websites. Three books have been written inside processes I facilitated.

What I’m (particularly) good at: keeping it light and playful while delivering outcomes (playstate = flowstate). Mixing formats so introverts and extroverts feel included. Keeping the energy alive across long days. Experience design that feels spacious and effective. Documenting and distilling the essence and producing memorable artefacts.

From €800/day in person, plus travel and accommodation. From €500/day online.
